Jason Crane
Ryan Buchzeiger
Jason Crane began his career in construction before graduating from high school. With over 29 years of experience, he has a hands-on approach to construction sites of different scales and types.
Jason learned very early the value of quality artistry, communication, and customer service, leading to many years of successful projects and relationships throughout the industry. At 17, he worked remodeling properties and apartment turnovers for a property management company. Jason then began working as a foreman within his family business and eventually was promoted to project manager, responsible for project initiation, planning, execution, and closure. In 2016 Jason created iRevive Property Services and has had an integral role in building the business into a full-service maintenance company focusing on apartments, condos, co-ops, and commercial properties. With over two decades of property-type knowledge, Jason has built a reputation as an expert in his field, promoting preventive services while helping reduce expenses. Property management companies and owners genuinely appreciate the value that Jason brings to the table.
Jason and his wife reside in Metro Detroit. He is actively involved within the community that he has lived in for over 40 years.
Ryan Buchzeiger has over 25 years of operations & project management experience in the construction industry, working on large-scale residential and commercial projects. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree (BS), a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a General Contractors license in Michigan.
Prior to iRevive Property Services, Ryan was a Project Manager for a fortune 500 residential builder in Michigan, overseeing multiple projects ranging up to 175M. He then moved to Florida, working for a high-end builder in a golf community responsible for managing all finished contractors, scheduling, budgets, and municipal permitting requirements. Ryan was then recruited by a firm based out of Phoenix, where he had an opportunity to move and gain experience working on commercial projects such as the remodel of an Embassy Suites, new construction for a mega church, healthcare facilities, and a 700K sq. ft Intercontinental Resort estimated at $550M where he was the project manager for the 31K sq. ft spa.
Ryan now resides in the Metro Detroit area with his wife and family. He is a high school wrestling coach, and in his spare time, he is an avid outdoorsman and golfer.
